History
Team
Bankhaus Metzler was founded in 1674 by Benjamin Metzler. Today, the bank is managed by members of the Metzler family as well as experienced professionals from the banking sector. The chairman of the management board (General Partner) is currently Friedrich von Metzler, representing the eleventh generation of the founding family. Other key members of the management team also include other managing partners (General Partners) and members of the executive board, notably Emmerich Müller, Gerhard Wiesheu, and Guido Bolliger. The management team thus combines family tradition and modern expertise in the management of the bank.
