Nomura was founded by Tokushichi Nomura II, who established the company in 1925. Today, Nomura Holdings, Inc. is led by an international management team. The current President and CEO is Kentaro Okuda. Key members of the executive team also include Toshio Morita (President of Nomura Securities), Christopher Willcox (CEO of Nomura Securities International), and Takumi Kitamura (Chief Financial Officer).
