Wakweli

Wakweli is the only decentralized protocol to focus specifically on issuing certificates of authenticity for NFTs and RWAs, which gives us a double unique advantage over eventual competitors. Firstly, we have a first-mover advantage in certifying every kind of tokenized asset on many platforms. This will help us establish a dominant position in the market and we should become the go-to infrastructure protocol. As certified assets will display a Wakweli tick-mark on the marketplaces, we will be easily recognizable and adopted. Secondly, as we are decentralized, we are scalable and we will be able to treat any amount of certification’s requests as we will gain in popularity and in community.

Wakweli uses a decentralized consensus algorithm called "Proof of Democracy" (PoD), which is based on the community and a voting system that encourages fair and unbiased decisions. This differs from other consensus algorithms, such as Proof of Stake (PoS) or Proof of Work (PoW), which may be more susceptible to manipulation or centralization. Wakweli focuses on issuing certificates of authenticity for NFTs and RWAs and is applicable on many different use cases. Other projects are usually tied to a specific kind of asset and are not meant to work with other use cases. Through the PoD and the game theory, the community is incentivized with $WAKU tokens to act fairly and make unbiased decisions (to tell the truth).
