Team
The founder of Yapı Kredi is Kazım Taşkent, who established the bank in 1944. Today, Yapı Kredi is one of the leading banks in Turkey. The main members of the management team include Gökhan Erün, who holds the position of CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The board of directors and the executive team also include executives such as Murat Sağman (Deputy CEO), as well as other heads of the bank’s key divisions. Yapı Kredi is part of the Koç Holding group, one of the largest conglomerates in Turkey, which also influences its governance and management structure.
